The participant describes a schedule centred on professional water polo (trainings, Saturday games, and morning gym). They say app use does not interfere with sport itself, but Instagram is used during transport and at night at home when bored, while the banking app is used during daytime social spending (restaurants, paying friends back) and frequent balance checks. They report never using screen-time limits. They describe occasional emotional relief/entertainment from Instagram, but also guilt when using it for 10–15+ minutes because it feels meaningless. For the banking app, they describe stress in the last two days after spending a lot and seeing a low balance. They recall one instance of switching from Instagram to banking after seeing a concert ad and deciding it was too expensive. After learning their recorded times (about 35 minutes Instagram; 25 minutes banking), they say they want to lower usage going forward.
